SINODRIAL – A new generation of intra-articular injections (MEDICAL PRODUCT)

HYBRID HYALURONIC ACID: M-HA + H-HA + AMINO ACIDS (L-PROLINE, L-HYDROXYPOLINE, GLYCINE, L-LYSINE HCL)

SINODRIAL is a medical device intended for injection into joints as a supplement to the synovial fluid. SINODRIAL consists of the hybrid: M-HA + H-HA hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight (3 million Da) obtained from Streptococcus equi bacteria and amino acids (L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, Glycine, L-lysine HCL). Hyaluronic Acid Concentration: 25 mg / ml in physiological buffer.

INDICATIONS:

SINODRIAL is a sterile, biodegradable, isotonic gel for intra-articular use.
SINODRIAL is a substitute for synovial fluid, which, thanks to its viscoelastic and lubricating properties, promotes the reconstruction of the rheological state of joints, changed in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint (OSTEOARTRITIS). The preparation improves the properties of the synovial fluid of the knee joint, protects the joint and, thanks to the presence of amino acids, increases the production of type II collagen. SINODRIAL therapy improves joint functionality and reduces pain.
SINODRIAL acts only in the joint where it is injected without exerting any systemic effect

Warnings and side effects

SINODRIAL is only suitable for intra-articular injection techniques and should only be used by a physician who has undergone specialist training in the technique of intra-articular injection. Before use, it is necessary to check the integrity of the syringe and the expiration date. Needles other than those mentioned in the list should not be used. The product must not be injected into an infected or severely inflamed joint. Avoid infiltration in the event of infection at the injection site or inflammation of the skin in the vicinity of the injection site. After intra-articular injection, it is recommended to advise the patient to avoid physical exertion on the joint and to resume normal activity after a few days. Since SINODRIAL has not been tested in pregnant and lactating women, its use in such
cases is not recommended.

SINODRIAL cannot be used by patients under 18 years of age. SINODRIAL is a single-use product: quality and sterility are only guaranteed when the syringe is sealed. Any residue should be discarded and not reused, even after re-sterilization. Do not use the product if the package is already open or damaged. After use, the syringe should be disposed of in an appropriate container in accordance with applicable regulations.

After an injection of SINODRIAL, temporary side reactions such as pain, stiffness, warmth, redness or swelling may occur. These secondary symptoms can be alleviated by applying ice to the treated joint. Usually these symptoms disappear after a short time. If symptoms persist, see your doctor. Any other side effect related to SINODRIAL injection must be reported to the doctor. As with any periarticular procedure, septic arthritis may occasionally occur when general injection precautions are not followed or the injection site is not aseptic.
